We provide professional fiduciary services in the Greater Bay Area including Marin and Sonoma County. We assist families and individuals implement their long term plans when they no longer are able to do so. We serve as trustees for parents and grand parents who have no family available or family willing to step into the role of trustee. We are trustees of Special Needs Trusts for family members who are disabled and on public benefits. We also provide other fiduciary services as well as consult with families to help them settle the family trust when a family member has been named as trustee but needs some help with the administration.
No matter what your specific needs are, we will listen to you and help you implement your plan in a way that meets and create as much independence for you as possible while preserving your assets. Guided by thoughtfulness and compassion, we strive to provide the best line of assistance to our clients and their loved ones through open communication and ethically guided care and financial management. We work diligently to protect and preserve the financial security of our clients and to protect vulnerable individuals from potential exploitation.

Thank you for considering us for your fiduciary needs. We are grateful for the trust our current clients and community have placed in our services. To ensure we continue providing the highest level of care to our current clients, we are temporarily limiting our acceptance of new fiduciary engagements.

Gloria is not scheduling new appointments until after tax season (late April 2026)
Sarah is not scheduling any new client appointments until mid March 2026
