We provide professional fiduciary services in the Greater Bay Area including Marin and Sonoma County. We assist families and individuals implement their long term plans when they no longer are able to do so. We serve as trustees for parents and grand parents who have no family available or family willing to step into the role of trustee. We are trustees of Special Needs Trusts for family members who are disabled and on public benefits. We also provide other fiduciary services as well as consult with families to help them settle the family trust when a family member has been named as trustee but needs some help with the administration.

 No matter what your specific needs are, we will listen to you and help you implement your plan in a way that meets and create as much independence for you as possible while preserving your assets.
